About the Role
We are now looking for a Power Engineer who shares our passion for solar energy and wants to contribute to our focus on large-scale solar parks and energy storage. We work on the countryâs largest projects, and among your colleagues are some of the foremost experts in the solar energy sector. With our diverse skill sets, we complement one another to deliver the best possible quality.
As a Power Engineer, you will be responsible for designing cabling, transformers/switchgear, relay protection, selectivity plans, and compliance with the RfG (Requirements for Generators). Youâll collaborate closely with your Power Engineer colleague, where your expertise will play a key role in maintaining our leadership in large-scale solar parks. As our energy storage business grows, youâll also have opportunities to engage in analytical work on future energy storage integrations. Internally, youâll work closely with project planners, project managers, and procurement, while externally collaborating with grid operators and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, dimension, and set requirements for cabling, transformers, and switchgear for solar parks and energy storage systems.
- Define requirements and follow up with RfG consultants.
- Execute and set requirements for selectivity plans.
- Simulate solar parks and energy storage systems, focusing on PQ diagrams.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with suppliers to ensure accuracy in orders.
- Prequalify new suppliers in collaboration with procurement.
- Investigate connection possibilities for projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve work processes.

We believe you also have:
- Relevant education in the field.
- 5+ years of experience in the power engineering field, including work with switchgear, relay protection, and commissioning of installations.
- Experience in dimensioning switchgear and relay protection.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious Experience
- Knowledge of energy storage, FAT, and RfG.
- Industry experience in solar, hydropower, wind power, or working within the transmission network.
- Certification in low and/or high voltage.
Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg, or VÀsterÄs.
Scope: Full-time.
